WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

 

Grants are generally available to individuals aged 18 years or under, but consideration may also be given to young applicants who are aged over 18 years.

 

Grants will be awarded to applicants located throughout England and Wales, but preference will be given to applicants from the London area. For those serving a custodial sentence these grants are based on the home address and so are awarded irrespective of the location of the secure estate in which sentences may be served.

WHAT DOES THE GRANT COVER?

Josephine Wolf Trust grants can cover anything which supports disadvantaged young people move towards their career or education goals. This can cover anything from from travel costs to suits for job interviews, educational materials, training courses and more. IS THERE ANYTHING THE GRANT DOESN'T COVER?

We regret that we cannot award money for the purchase of laptops or tablets, nor for anything which would support the young person's family.

WHO CAN SUBMIT THE APPLICATION?

Applications can be made by an adult working within a youth support organisation, for example a Youth Offending Team, secure establishment or youth service
